  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized links provided by our website
  • Full or partial payment (as specified on each package) is required to confirm the booking.
  • A confirmation email with itinerary and booking details will be sent upon successful payment. 

  • Customer Cancellation
  • 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
  • 15–29 days: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation:
  • If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, minimum booking not met), a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days before the trip date, subject to availability.
  • Any rescheduling within 10 days of the trip may incur additional charges

  • All prices are listed in INR/GBP and are subject to change based on seasonal rates, availability, or currency fluctuations.
  • Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Children and group discounts apply as per specific package terms.

  • We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
  • Our company is not liable for any losses not covered under your insurance.

  • Milliondreams tours acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides).
  • We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by any service provider, natural disaster, or government action.
  • Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination.

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.
  • We reserve the right to remove a customer from a tour without refund if behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

  • We collect and use your data (e.g. name, email, travel preferences) to process bookings and improve service.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to fulfill your booking.
